How should a Beginners approach to Stock Market Trading related Courses/Classes/Seminars.

There are two types of Traders:

1. Those who can afford big and expensive courses/ classes/ seminars. -- For them, there is no problem.

2. Those who have a limited amount of capital for courses/ classes/ seminars. -- Can follow the below steps.

a) Understand as much as from free YouTube videos and other social media platforms (like Twitter, Facebook, and other Websites).

b) Before attending any paid courses/ classes/ seminars - Collect all the queries related to Share Market and get clarification from the trainer. Also, check the same answers from other sources too this will clear all the doubts related to a particular topic and you never have to go back to learn it again.

c) Never attend any classes or courses recommended by your friends and relatives. Find it by yourself as per your need and then attend it, after that you'll not blame others to get scammed.

d) Validate the course content by comparing it to every aspect. Basically what exactly you want for yourself, not what is decided by others(Others can guide you but at last you have to decide by yourself).

e) Beware of trading-related scams (Nowadays every Tom Dick & Harry is a Trainer, All he has to do is photoshop the P&L statement or screenshot and flash it on social media). Always monitor his/her activity for more than a year and verify it from different sources.

f) Go for Basic Stock Market courses. (Not more than 5K to 10K).  If it is more than 10K for basic then it's not worth it. Since Trading set-ups and systems are freely available on social media platforms. Since there is a disclaimer given by all even me that "No Holy Grail in Trading.

g) At least have 2-3 years of experience in the Cash market and then move to FNO trading.

h) Basic courses are for Cash Market + overview of FNO. And Advance is for FNO courses/ classes/ seminars.

i) For FNO training - Always ask for 1-2 years of P/L statements of all accounts. (Even I owned 3 trading accounts and trade simultaneously in them).

j) Find out your trading style by trying all and see what suits you as per your personality and time preference. (Not as per your Greed and Needs).

k) In starting everyone wants to make money as quick as possible so ends up doing FNO trading. (For me - Option buying and lost money on that).

l) When you understand what type of trading suits you as per your personality and time allocation, pursue the same for your lifetime.

My Intraday Trading Setup for Stocks!

This setup I have taken from the internet means I have not paid anyone for this and I tested and then modified it according to my personality and preferences related to timeframes and different indicators from which I get good results. And also risk management and position sizing is an important aspect too. You can test and modify according to your personality that is why the time frame and indicator selections are up to since I will not enforce anything on you by saying that this will work or not work or it is a very profitable set-up.  My Intraday Trading Setup:- For Long:- Above VWAP, Range breakout(S&R)-Previous day High & Low, EMA Cross(9/10,18/20) & Supertrend. Previous candle high should be broken then Enter. For Short:- Below VWAP, Range breakout (S&R)-Previous day High & Low , EMA Cross(9/10,18/20 ) & Supertrend. Previous candle low should be broken then Enter. For Entry:- Look for 1/3/5 min TF and for TSL look for 3/10/15 min TF.{In multiples of...

Mitesh Bhai Gyan

For intraday 3 min charts For positional at least 30/75 min charts First look at daily charts and find direction. Then look at 60 min chart and find support and resistance and then find the intraday trend and then Thoko.(Daily>60min>3min>Execute) The biggest mistake of every trader is that they are predicting target and taking trades based on target and that's view is preventing  them to change as per market direction. Manage position w.r.t market movement, Deploy capital in phase manner 25-50-75-100%. Play straddle only when VIX is low, Intraday is different. I do for positional. For Intraday you have fixed SL, you can use capital as per your risk. Identify last week range if in current week BN trading near low range sell only calls. If trading near high sell only put. If trading in between range sell both call and put. Strike to sell - select at least 1-2% away strike from high/low range if BN trading in middle If near high sell put at last week low strike. If at low sel...

Mitesh Patel: The angry young man of options trading tips & tricks

Mitesh Patel: The angry young man of options trading tips & tricks -The main lesson that I learned from the book was not to sell short when the market is in an uptrend or  to buy when the market is in a downtrend. -In a rising market, the stop loss was kept below the previous low while in a falling market it was above the previous high. -My next step was to mix technical analysis with options selling. I used the support and resistance points to initiate a trade.  -If the market moved higher after testing the support levels, I would sell the puts,  and if it fell after testing the resistance levels, I sold calls. -Only if it lingered between the support and resistance line would I create a short strangle trade. -Suppose the Bank Nifty reverses from a support level at 26,500, I will sell a 26,200 Put.  The strike on which I trade has to be 1 percent away from the support or resistance level.  If the Bank Nifty is breaking the previous trend, I will cut m...
